Profile
Daria first studied in Ukraine and then in Germany. During her studies, she already focused on intellectual property law. After finishing her studies, she gained practical experience as a research assistant and during her legal traineeship at a law firm in Duesseldorf specialising in telecommunications and data protection law. She also spent three months of her legal traineeship with the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Bonn.
Daria joined rospatt in 2025. Since then, she has advised national and international clients, in particular in the fields of patent, trade mark, design, unfair competition and copyright law.
In patent and utility model law, Daria mainly handles infringement proceedings before the German courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC) concerning patents in the fields of mechanics, electronics, life sciences, automotive and chemistry.
In design, trademark and unfair competition law, Daria advises and represents clients in the luxury segment as well as medium-sized companies in matters relating to protection against imitations. One focus of her work is the enforcement of claims by means of cease-and-desist letters and preliminary injunctions, also during trade fairs.
Daria was called to the bar as lawyer (Germany) in 2024.
